| Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit, which will not be less than
50% of the total rental amount. |
| The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to occupation. |
| A 50% deposit will be forfeited if booking cancelled 14 days before arrival. |
| A 25% deposit will be forfeited if booking cancelled 30 days before arrival. |
| Payment by credit card and bank transfer only. Cheques are not an acceptable method
of payment. |
| Zimbali Coastal Trust will endeavor to uphold prices quoted, but reserve the right to
change prices without incurring obligations. |
| Rental is due for the period reserved and no refunds will be permitted should departure
occur at an earlier date for any reason. |
| The maximum number of persons occupying the unit shall not exceed the number of beds. |
| Zimbali Coastal Trust shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage
howsoever arising or caused during your stay on the estate. |
| Check in time is at 14h00. |
Check out time is at 12h00. |
| Guests will be held liable for any damages incurred to the property and will be advised
of repair or replacement costs as per the owner's discretion. |
| Guests and residents must adhere to the speed limit of 25 km/h. |
| Music and noise must at all times be at a reasonable level so as not to disturb other residents. |
| No pets allowed on the Zimbali Coastal Estate. |
| No fishing. |
| No fireworks. |
| No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to operate a golf cart. |
| Persons operating a golf cart must be in possession of a valid drivers licence. |

Detailed description of good and/or services
Zimbali Coastal Trust trading as Nandi is a business in the Tourism industry that markets Nandi Estate, a 7 bedroomed house in the Zimbali Coastal Resort. |
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day and delivery confirmed by way of booking number via email. |

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Zimbali Coastal Trust is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Zimbali Coastal Trust will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 2 % administration fee. |

Zimbali Coastal Trust trading as Nandi shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Zimbali Coastal Trust bank account, the details of which will be provided on request |
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Zimbali Coastal Trust by PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate use SSL3 and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand). |
Responsibility
Zimbali Coastal Trust takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods |
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Zimbali Coastal Trust chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . |
Variation
Zimbali Coastal Trust may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. |
