Zimbali Coastal Resort has carefully designed a magnificent series of walking trails which encompass waterfalls, lakes, and a large section of the unique and very special Coastal Forest. There are also several elevated timber walkways and viewing platforms where one can ponder whilst taking in the incredible view of the pulsating Indian Ocean.

Golfing

World renowned American golf designer, Tom Weiskopf, has created a unique signature 18 hole course that, as with all things at Zimbali, fits in with Mother Nature and allows “conservation to take precedence”. The course itself has been independently rated as one of the top ten golfing experiences in South Africa.

Guests can soak up the sun and splendour of the beach or the unique lakeside and even enjoy an
el fresco picnic. This stretch of coastline is not designated for swimming, however other bathing beaches are located nearby.

The Zimbali Coastal Resort is only a short distance from Umhlanga, which has a large shopping mall and many other quaint restaurants and shops.
